Our company began operations in 1996 as Kastner Plumbing Company and changed its name to Albern Company in 2004.  Albern Company quickly established itself as one of the premier Plumbing and HVAC contractors within the St. Louis Metropolitan area.  Albern Company is privately owned by Al Leving who is extremely active within the community. 

Albern Company provides services to the top five homebuilders in the region. 

Albern Company is a union organization, with members represented by several different locals on both sides of the river.

Albern Company currently employs approximately thirty-five (35) employees, many of which have been with Albern Company since its inception.

Albern Company's main thrust has been single family residential construction. Albern has also performed services for many large apartment and condominium projects as well as several small and medium sized commercial projects.

Albern Company provides design/build services incorporating the latest technology involving 3D-BIM (Building Image Modeling) for coordination purposes which resolve field conflicts between trades.  Providing this service enhances your fire protection, HVAC and plumbing systems needs.  Albern is excited to offer a "one-stop shop" for all three trades. 

Albern Company has a 30,000 square foot facility and is located in St. Louis County with state of the art equipment to maintain our position as one of the leading sub-contractors in the entire area.
